Refund Policy

We offer replacement of the product for free if there is any discrepancy in the order due to receipt of the wrong product or an expired product. We offer a full refund on the order only if the product is not in stock. As a registered online pharmacy we do not restock goods once sold, and therefor do not accept the return of prescription medication for a refund. You can cancel your order for no additional charges prior to processing of the payment. If the purchase has been charged, you can still cancel your order at a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellation can be done by contacting our customer service representatives through phone or live-chat, and only on orders that haven’t been processed yet. In the event that you receive order in severely damaged conditions, we will reship your order free of charge.
